Our let-only service includes rent collection and is competitively priced. We also provide the option to pay this fee monthly from the rent received, rather than in a lump sum upfront.

Room Lets – 10% plus VAT

If you’re looking to maximise your monthly income, then our room let & management service might be the best option for you. For example, if you have a two-bedroom property with a separate reception room and kitchen, then you could be renting it as three individual rooms, using the reception room as the third bedroom; all tenants having access to the shared kitchen and bathroom. The demand for affordable rooms is increasing with the easing of lockdown restrictions in London. Rather than risking void periods while waiting for a group of sharers or family, letting individual rooms can provide a quicker income, and larger overall income when fully let, although income can vary over time with occupancy rates.
